Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from murderpajamas.com and our Shopify checkout. The seller is Murder Pajamas LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and preorders: our gis are sold as preorders and made to order. Ship times are estimates. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but color and details may vary slightly.

Pricing and payment: prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Payment is processed by Shopify at checkout. We may cancel an order if a price or listing was posted in error, in which case you get a full refund.

Training gis: our gis are training gis. They are not made to IBJJF or other competition uniform rules. Check your event's rules before you compete.

Intellectual property: the Murder Pajamas name, logos, artwork and site content belong to Murder Pajamas LLC or its licensor and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability: to the extent allowed by law, Murder Pajamas LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes: we may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
